Add Grade by Individual Class

This window allows the user to add grades by individual class, the information about the Student grade/score, test number,class grade and the style the test are graded, are entered in this window.

Input/Display Fields
Student Grade & Comment Included Layout
Full Name: Group scollable list - Full Name of Student
Grade in 100 points: Group scollable list - Student Grade bae on 100 point scale
Grade in chose style: Group scollable list - Student Grade base on chosen grade style
Comment 1: Group scollable list - 1st Comment code for the grade
Comment 2: Group scollable list - 2nd Comment code for the grade
Student Count: Display field - shows the number of student that are being graded.
Class Date: Date Class was in session
School Site: Fill-in/Pop-up menu - Site where school located
Grade Date: Date grade was made
Class: Fill-in/pop-up menu - to select a specific class
Class Grade: Display field - Grade for this class
Class Start Date: Display field - Date when this class started
Exam/Test #: Pop-up menu - the select the sequence number of the examination
Entry Style: C4SI SD offer 2 styles, by parts and by by student; by parts allow one to enter in each section of the score e.g. grades only, while by student the tab key will move from score to comment 1 then to comment 2 for each student
Grade style: Pop-up menu - with the following grade scheme
Grade for the student selected: to enter the grade of the specific stundent and score
No Score: Button - to blank out scores and comment for the selected student's grade and comment
Comment 1: Pop-up menu - Comment selected for the selected grade/score
Comment 2: Pop-up menu - Comment selected for the selected grade/score

Last N.: This is to sort the name by the Last name
First N.: This is to sort the name by the First name
