Payroll Period(s) Selector Dialog

Payroll Period(s) Selector Dialog window allows you to set up the automatic deductions for payroll, this window gives the user the option of controlling the deduction period for the payroll being run. Payroll period involved in this calculation allow one to do multiple pay in case of summer lump sum pay. In case of the emplolyee who decided to have all their 4 payroll during the summer all paid just before the school ends, with the decision of that you can run 4 payroll for these employees. For each and every payroll you can also decided which payroll period you want to run it as (1st of the month, 2nd of the month or 3rd of the month (e.g,. insurance impact for some dediction are only paid once, two a month or every paycheck)

Input/Display Fields
Payroll periods invlced in this calculation?: shows the number of payrll that are involved in ths payroll
Frequency: Pop-up mene - By selecting one of the payroll, with the Drop down menu, this allows you to choose which payroll of the month you are running, fisrt, 2nd and every paycheck
Payroll run sequence: Group scollable list - shows how many and which payroll run sequence is this
Run as: Group scollable list - shows which payroll dedeuction sequence is used in each payroll run sequence
Total Work Days: Enterable filed allows user to enter the number of days that will be used to calculate payroll for salaried employees and hourly employees that have a usual pay.
"Types of Employee to be ran in this payroll" and all its check boxes will only show if activiated from payroll mass run. Individual payroll run will not see this portion.
CR • Salary (w R): Check box - Staff type of "CR" will be included in this payroll run if checked
CR • Salary (w/o R): Check box - Staff type of "CO" will be included in this payroll run if checked
ST • Misc. Pay (w R): Check box - Staff type of "ST" will be included in this payroll run if checked
DA • Daily Pay (w/o R): Check box - Staff type of "DA" will be included in this payroll run if checked
SS • Hourly (w R): Check box - Staff type of "SS" will be included in this payroll run if checked
FI • Hourly (w/o R): Check box - Staff type of "FI" will be included in this payroll run if checked

Icon Buttons

Cancel Button cancels and closed the payroll period(s) selector dialog.
Write Button records the payroll deduction week and runs a payroll calculation.
