Request Setup Dialog

This is the set up window which allows the users to set up the request line or lines with the option of clear outdated, move to PO, or Merge.

Buttons
Clear Outdated - clear out all the request(s) that was due by the respond date.
Move to PO - move the requests to the PO (make a new PO for the Request)
Merge - merge the request to the existing PO if both are from the same vendor(this request to become part of the existing PO).
Lock the request(s), cannot be change or modify.
Cancel - cancel the request set up operation
