Add Miscellaneous Pay Select Dialog

Add Misc. Pay Select Dialog allows you to add miscellaneous pay for a single employee or a group of employee(s) along with the accounting code and description.

Buttons
Multiple Employee This button opens the payroll deduction initial input window which allows you to add multiple employees for miscellaneous pay with whom who would have the same hourly pay, expense coding, description, etc. While difference of pay per person and number of hours can be adjusted.
Single Employee This button opens the miscellaneous pay input window for adding miscellaneous pay for one employee at a time.
CANCEL This button cancels the miscellaneous pay select dialog and exits the window.
