Print Bill (Zero/All) Select Dialog

This window is used to specified the extend of the information about the Bill/Statment the user wants to print.

Buttons
Prints out all Bills as individual Bills in the Bill/Statement listing window.
Extracts all the Bills in the Bill/Statement listing window with Balances not a Zero and Print an individual Bill Statement for each.
