Position Setup Select Dialog Window

Position Setup Select Dialog Window allows you to run setup processes relating to position based on criteria. Setup processes within this window are:

Buttons
Fill Position: Fill position button is activated after you select a position record
Profile Check: Allows you to run a process that verifies all position(s) with each payroll profile(s).
Budget Verify: Allows you to run a process that verifies all position(s) with each accounting code(s).
Code Check: Checks the code ot the position.
Export Codes: Export the position codes, related payroll profile, name and the dat files' ID a in a text format base on a specific date.
Certificate Check: Cross check the position in the current lists' for a specific date if the employee who are filling the position met all the certificates requirement. When locate deficient are located, a file would be generated.
CANCEL: Cancels the current action and closes the active window.
