Activity Fund Account Setup Select Dialog Window

This window gives the the user the ability to setup the activity fund. From this window each activity funds monthly balance can be found based on time and each account can be reconciled.

Buttons
Reconcile: Reconciles the selected activity fund account
Month Accnt: Gives you the month end balance of the selected activity fund account.
Time Span: Gives the user the ability to check the activity of the fund for a selected time period.
Cancel: Cancel, return to previous screen.
