1099 Output Select Dialog Window

This Dialog allows you to select which style of 1099 paper you want to print.

1099 2 names/page Radio button - 1099 2 names per page, this process the forms that are mostly use for government 1099 paper reporting
1099 1 name /page Rasio button - 1099 2 names per page, this process the forms that are mostly use for vendors' 1099 paper reporting

Confirm button allows the user to continue with the print command afer the the type has been selected.
