Student Behavior Code Listing Window

This listing window allows user to add student behavior code, add description of student behavior code and change description of student behavior code but it will not allow user to delete student behavior code. Once student behavior code is added into list it cannot be deleted. At the bottom of student behavior code listing window there are three boxes that represent window listing status of the student behavior code found it the list " Not In Use", " In Use" and " Total Codes".

Input/Display Fields
Codes: Group scrollable field - displays used for viewing the code.
Description of Codes: Group-scrollable field-display used for viewing description of code.
X: Group-scrollable field -represents that the code is being currently is uses.
Not In Use: Display field - This is the number of codes that are not being used currently.
In Use: Display field - This is the number of codes that have being activated and put to use.
Total Codes: Display field - This is the total numbers of codes that are actually in the system, either being used or not

Sort Buttons
Code: Code Button sorts student behavior code and description of student behavior code by code number which is numerically ordered.
Desc.: Desc Button sorts student behavior code by description of student behavior code by alphanumerical listing of description of student behavior code.
In Use: In Use Button sorts student behavior code and description of student behavior code by selection which is determined by "x" located in front of description of student behavior code.

Icon Buttons
Add New Button opens the student behavior code input window which enables user to add a new student behavior code and description of student behavior code.
Print Button allows you to print student behavior code status and description report.
Set Up Button allows user to activate or deactivate the setup flags for student behavior code, when activated user is allowed to select or deselect student behavior code. If deactivated user cannot deselect student behavior code but user is allowed to select student behavior code in order to change description or add new student behavior code.
Edit View Button allows user to edit description of selected student behavior code, but it does not allow user to change student behavior code number.
Cancel Button cancels and exits the student behavior code listing window.
