Student Behavior Code Input Window

This windows allows user to add new student behavior code and description into system, CAUTION once new student behavior code is added into system it cannot be deleted.

Input/Display Fields
Behavior Codes: A new student behavior code.
Description: Description of code

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels and exits the student behavior code input window.
Previous Button navigates to previous student behavior code in sequence.
Next Button navigates to next student behavior code in sequence.
Write Button opens verification dialog in order to record the new student behavior code input into the database you must click yes, because you cannot delete a student behavior code from database.
