Document Type Code Input Window

This windows allows user to add new document type code and description into system, CAUTION once new document type code is added into system it cannot be deleted.

Input/Display Fields
Document Type: New document type code.
Description: Description of code.
Group: Pop-up menu - used for selecting the group the document type which this code belongs to.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels and exits the document type code input window.
Previous Button navigates to previous document type code in sequence.
Next Button navigates to next document type code in sequence.
Write Button opens verification dialog in order to record the new document type code input into the database you must click yes, because you cannot delete a document type code from database.
