Education Service Code Input Window

This windows allows user to add new education service code and description into system, CAUTION once new education service code is added into system it cannot be deleted.

Input/Display Fields
Service: Enterable field only when entering a new education service code.
Description: Enterable field used for entering a description of education service code, this field is modifiable.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels and exits the education service code input window.
Previous Button navigates to previous education service code in sequence.
Next Button navigates to next education service code in sequence.
Write Button opens verification dialog in order to record the new education service code input into the database you must click yes, because you cannot delete a education service code from database.
