Student Enrollment Code Input Window

This windows allows user to add new student enrollment code and description into system, CAUTION once new student enrollment code is added into system it cannot be deleted.

Input/Display Fields
Enro. Entry& Leave Re: New student enrollment code.
Description: Description of code.
Type: Pop-up menu - used for selecting the leave & entry or type for the student enrollment code.
Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels and exits the student enrollment code input window.
Previous Button navigates to previous student enrollment code in sequence.
Next Button navigates to next student enrollment code in sequence.
Write Button opens verification dialog in order to record the new student enrollment code input into the database you must click yes, because you cannot delete a student enrollment code from database.
