Grade Comment Code Input Window

This windows allows user to add new grade comment code and description into system, CAUTION once new grade comment code is added into system it cannot be deleted.

Input/Display Fields
Grade Comment: New grade comment code.
Description: Description of code

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels and exits the grade comment code input window.
Previous Button navigates to previous grade comment code in sequence.
Next Button navigates to next grade comment code in sequence.
Write Button opens verification dialog in order to record the new grade comment code input into the database you must click yes, because you cannot delete a grade comment code from database.
