Student Health Code Listing Window

Student Health Code Listing Window is the primary window that stores student's health code where each code represents a health condition. This window allows you to sort these health codes using different criteria.

Input/Display Fields
Codes: Group scrollable list - Column is used to record codes and each code uniquely identifies each health condition.
X: Group scrollable list - Code that are currently in use
Description of Codes: Group scrollable list - Column describes what health condition each codes represents.
Not In Use: Display field - This is the number of codes that are not being used currently.
In Use: Display field - This is the number of codes that have being activated and put to use.
Total Codes: Display field - This is the total numbers of codes that are actually in the system, either being used or not.

Sort Buttons
Code: Code Button allows you to sort students health conditions based on code numbers.
Desc.: Description Button allows you to sort students' health condition based on the actual name or description of the coded health conditions.
In Use: In Use Button allows you to sort all coded health conditions that are loaded into the system and are being used.

Icon Buttons
New Record Button enables you to create a new health code.
Print Button allows user to print all available health codes along with description.
Set Up Button allows user to have the option of selecting or deselecting codes health codes.
Modify Button allows you to modify health conditions and situation codes.
Cancel Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
