Student Health Code Input Window

Student Health Code Input Window allows modification of student health code and it's description and, inputs this record into the system. This window also allows you to move back and forth in the student health code listing window.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels and closed the student health code input window.
Previous Record Button opens the previous student health code record record in a sequence
Next Record Button opens the next student health code record in a sequence
