Program Participation Code Input Window

Program Participation Code Input Window is the primary window through which you can create code for each program participation code and it allows you to move back and forth within the records already created.

Program participation: Code field cannot be changed after it is entered into the system.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
Previous Record Button opens the previous record in a sequence
Next Record Button opens the next record in a sequence
Write Button records input to the database.
