Employment Code Input Window

This windows allows user to add new employment code and description into system, CAUTION once new employment code is added into system it cannot be deleted.

Input/Display Field
Employee Hire& Termi: New employment code.
Description: Description of code
Type: Pop-up menu - used for selecting terminate or hire group of the employment code.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels and exits the employment code input window.
Previous Button navigates to previous employment code in sequence.
Next Button navigates to next employment code in sequence.
Write Button opens verification dialog in order to record the new employment code input into the database you must click yes, because you cannot delete a employment code from database.
