Employee Absent Reason Code Listing Window

Employee Absent Reason Code Listing Window is the primary window where codes and descriptions of those codes represent in employee absent reason. This window also points to what each code and what it impacts. You can sort these records using different criteria.

Input/Display Fields

Codes: Group scrollable list - This column stores codes that are assigned to each employee absent reason and each code uniquely identify an employee absent reason.
Impact On: Group scrollable list - This column stores the type of leave that each coded absent reason point to:; EM = Emergency Leave, VL = Vacation leave, SL = Sick leave, FS =Family Sick, PL = Persoal Leave
X: Group scrollable list - Code that are currently in use
Description of Codes: Group scrollable list - Column records the actual meaning or reason for the employee absent and there can only be one interpretation for one code.
Not In Use: Display field - This is the number of codes that are not being used currently.
In Use: Display field - This is the number of codes that have being activated and put to use.
Total Codes: Display field - This is the total numbers of codes that are actually in the system, either being used or not.

Sort Buttons
Code: Sort button and it allows you to sort employees' absent reason records using codes.
Impact On: Sort button allows you to sort employees' absent reason records using impact on as sorting criteria.
Desc.: Sort button that allows you to sort employees' absent reason in order of description or reason of absent.
In use: Sort button that allows you to sort employees' absent reason using all coded reasons that are actually being used.

Icon Buttons
New Record Button creates a new input record form
Prints Button records or opens a print selection dialog
Setup Button gives the user ability to select or deselect absent reason codes to be used when activated.
Edit Button allows use of Next Record, Previous Record navigation buttons.
Cancels Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
