Employee Absent Reason Code Input Window

This windows allows user to add new employee absent reason code and description into system, CAUTION once new employee absent reason code is added into system it cannot be deleted.

Input/Display Fields
Employee Absent Reaso: New employee absent reason code.
Description: Describes the code.
Impact On: Pop-up menu - used for selecting the group the employee absent reason code belongs to: Comp Time, Emergency, Family Sick, Personal Leave, No Impact, Sick Leave, Vacation Leave

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels and exits the employee absent reason code input window.
Previous Button navigates to previous employee absent reason code in sequence.
Next Button navigates to next employee absent reason code in sequence.
Write Button opens verification dialog in order to record the new employee absent reason code input into the database you must click yes, because you cannot delete a employee absent reason code from database.
