Document Archive Listing Window

This is the Archive Document Listing Window which displays all the Archive Document that is in the system

Header Row
Type: Displays the type of Archive Document stored.
Sub Group Code: Displays the secondardy group code for the document to further define the grouping.
User Code: Displays the name of the Archive Document Member code.
End: This is the date when the Archive Document was made/archive
Description: Short description of the archive document
#Page: Show how many page is in the document
Size: Size of each archive doucment record in bites
Comment: Comment for each document

Sort Buttons
Desc.: Sort with the start date of the Archive Document member.
Type: Sort with the type of the Archive Document
Size: Sort the current selected records by its total size
Sub G. C.: Sort the current selected records by its secondary Group Code
Date: Sort with the date of the Archive Document was made.
User C: Sort the current selected records by its User code

Icon Buttons
Adds new archive record
Search / query button search the entire database for the specific data. Takes the user to the Archive Document Query Window.
Not yet active
View Button allows a selected Archive Document Member record to be viewed, but not modified.
Edit Button allow the user to edit the selected Archive Document Member record.
Modify Button allows the user to modify a selected Archive Document Member record.
Cancel/Escape Button cancels the current action and closes the active window
