PO Setup Dialog

The window gives the user the ability to make a selected purchase order a recurring PO or change the vendor name on a previously created purchase order.

Buttons
Makes the selected purchase order into a recurring PO. A PO that happens often so the user doesn't have to retype the PO every time.
The user can change the vendor name on the selected purchase order.
Cancel, return to previous screen.
