PO Vendor Change Dialog

This window gives the user the ability to change the vendor name for any selected purchase order.

Input/Display field
Vendor Name: Fill-in pop-up menu - Listing to vendor names.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button, Return to previous screen no action taken.
Write Button, Performs the change of vendor name procedure.
