Payroll Deduction Ceiling Window

This window gives the user the ability to set a limited amount for a employee to pay a deduction. This deduction amount will be taken from the employees pay until the the ceiling amount is zero.

Input/Display field
Ceiling: The total amount of the deduction.
Start Date: The date the deduction first starts being withdrawn from the employees pay check.
Update: Display field - Shows the last time the deduction was paid by the employee.
Current Balance: The current amount left to be paid y the employee..
