Create New Payroll Profile via Insertion Dialog

This dialog aids the user to create a new payroll profiles that insert into a valid payroll profile's date span. This process would create a new payroll profile by replicating the old payroll profile with the dedctions,.additional pays, tax conditions and pay with accommodation of all dates, hiring and leave reasons for this creation.

Input/Display Field
Title Into: It states the how the process will be done, who it will impact and on what dates the profiles will start and ends
First Payroll Date: Enterable field - The date with which the position swap would take place for payroll (the date the 1st pay take place).
New Payroll Profile Start Date: Enterable field - The date with which the position swap would take place as for the employment (the date the actial work take place).
End Reason: Pop-up Menu - The end reason for the current (the active payroll profiles as of the specific date) that are being terminated as of the specific date as stated
Start Reason: Pop-up Menu - The Start reason for the new payroll profiles that are being created as of the specific date as stated


Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels and exits the window.
When all info are checked out and correct, the clicking of this button will conform and finalize the changes of the 2 person's position changes.
