Payroll Deduction Query Dialog

Payroll Deduction Query Dialog Window allows query on employee's payroll deductions based on a set of criteria. The desired records can be extracted by the user's specified set of criteria.

Input/Display Fields
Payroll Support Vendor: Drop down menu - Searchable menu for payroll support vendor's name.
Name: Fill-in/pop up menu - Searchable pop up menu for employee's name.
By Last Name: Check box - Query or organize the selecting employee's last name or unchecked for first name.
Status: Pop-up Menu - Select the payroll deduction via the followings:
Normal - The voluntary deduction was paid the same time the payroll was paid
Delayed - The voluntary deduction was paid by a later date other than the the payroll date.
Unpaid - The voluntary deduction is still not paid as of today.
Type: Pop-up Menu - Select the payroll deduction via the followings:
from PR Only - Payroll deduction that are generated from a regular payroll
Reverse PR Only - Deduction that are generated from voiding of payroll check, payroll pay back, etc.
Employee Amt.: Employee amount of payroll deduction.
Selected: Check box - Select by Employee amount
Amount: Specify the specific amount
Board Amt.: Board amount of payroll deduction.
Selected: Check box - Select by Board amount
Amount: Specify the specific amount

Icon Buttons
CANCEL - Cancel/Escape button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
QUERY - Search/Query Button. Performs the search/query based on criteria.
