Print Payroll Deduction Dialog

Print Employee Payroll Deduction Dialog allow the user to decide and select what and how to print the payroll deduction.

Buttons
Current List: Allows you to print current list of employee's attendance record with the following fields:
Full Name of employee
Vendor of Deduction with type
Pay date
Paid Condition
Employee Contribution Amount
Board Contribution Amount
Custom: Custom allows one to print using the quick report editor, which also allows one to customize the report to specified criteria.
Cancel: Cancel allows you to cancel the print record and exit the print dialog.
